# Hoe kan ik een factuur crediteren?
## Met een creditfactuur corrigeer je een eerder verstuurde factuur. In Minox Focus kun je een factuur eenvoudig (deels) crediteren vanuit de originele factuur.
Je kunt deze creditfactuur nog aanpassen voordat je hem opslaat of naar de klant verstuurt.
#### Stap 1: Open de factuur die je wilt crediteren
1. Ga naar **Verkoop → Facturen**.
2. Zoek de factuur die je wilt corrigeren.
3. Klik op de factuur om deze te openen.
#### Stap 2: Kies (deel) crediteren
Klik rechtsboven op het **menu met de drie puntjes**.
Kies vervolgens **(Deel) crediteren**.
Minox Focus maakt nu automatisch een **creditfactuur in concept** op basis van de oorspronkelijke factuur.
#### Stap 3: Controleer of pas de creditfactuur aan
De nieuwe creditfactuur wordt geopend in het scherm **Factuur crediteren**.
Hier zie je dat:
- De oorspronkelijke factuurregels zijn overgenomen
- De aantallen of bedragen **negatief** zijn gemaakt
Je kunt de creditfactuur nog aanpassen, bijvoorbeeld door:
- Het aantal te wijzigen als je **slechts een deel wilt crediteren**
- Regels te verwijderen
- Extra toelichting toe te voegen
#### Stap 4: Sla de creditfactuur op
Controleer de gegevens van de creditfactuur, zoals:
- Factuurdatum
- Betalingsconditie
- Factuurregels en bedragen
Klik vervolgens op **Opslaan** om de creditfactuur aan te maken.
De creditfactuur wordt daarna verwerkt in de administratie en kan naar de klant worden verstuurd.
#### Tip
Gebruik altijd **(deel) crediteren** vanuit de oorspronkelijke factuur. Zo blijft de relatie tussen de factuur en de creditfactuur duidelijk zichtbaar in de administratie.
