# Controleoverzicht Balans/W&V-codes
### Wat is het Controleoverzicht Balans/W&V-codes?
Met het Controleoverzicht Balans/W&V-codes controleer je of alle grootboekrekeningen een geldige Balans/W&V-code hebben. Zo weet je zeker dat alle rekeningen in je balans en winst-en-verliesrekening terechtkomen. Je vindt het rapport via **Rapporten | Financiën | Grootboek | Controleoverzicht Balans/W&V-codes**.
### Wat kun je met het Controleoverzicht Balans/W&V-codes doen?
- **Ontbrekende of foutieve codes opsporen:** je ziet per grootboekrekening het nummer, de omschrijving, de Balans/W&V-code en een melding. Het overzicht toont grootboekrekeningen:
- zonder Balans/W&V-code;
- met een Balans/W&V-code die niet bestaat;
- met een balanscode van een hoofdgroep.
- **Exporteren:** je kunt het overzicht exporteren als PDF-bestand of als Excel-bestand.
**Opmerking** Het rapport controleert niet of de ingevulde code inhoudelijk juist is. Je ziet alleen rekeningen waar een code ontbreekt of een technische fout is gevonden. Pas voor deze rekeningen de Balans/W&V-code aan via **Boekhouding | Rapporteren | Grootboek**. Open de rekening, klik op **Wijzigen** en kies onder **Rapportages** de juiste **Balans/W&V-code**.
### Het controleoverzicht opvragen
**Stap 1:** Ga naar **Rapporten | Financiën | Grootboek | Controleoverzicht Balans/W&V-codes**. Je hoeft geen selectie te maken.
**Stap 2:** Klik op **Weergeven**. Zie je de melding **Geen inhoud om weer te geven**? Dan zijn er geen grootboekrekeningen die je hoeft aan te passen.
**Stap 3:** Exporteren? Klik op de drie puntjes naast **Weergeven** en kies **Exporteer PDF-bestand** of **Exporteer Excel-bestand**.
