# Balans/W&V-codes
### Wat is het rapport Balans/W&V-codes?
Met het rapport Balans/W&V-codes zie je in één overzicht welke Balans/W&V-codes er in je administratie staan. Zo zie je in één oogopslag hoe je balans en winst-en-verliesrekening zijn ingedeeld. Je vindt het rapport via **Rapporten | Financiën | Grootboek | Balans/W&V-codes**.

### Wat kun je met het rapport Balans/W&V-codes doen?
- **Alle codes bekijken:** je ziet per code de omschrijving, het sterstotaal (bij W&V-codes) en de soort Activa of Passiva (bij hoofdgroepen op de balans).
- **Selecteren op code:** je beperkt het overzicht tot een reeks Balans/W&V-codes.
- **Exporteren:** je kunt het overzicht exporteren als PDF-bestand of als Excel-bestand.
### Een overzicht van Balans/W&V-codes maken
**Stap 1:** Ga naar **Rapporten | Financiën | Grootboek | Balans/W&V-codes**.
**Stap 2:** Kies bij **Balans/W&V-code** de reeks die je wilt zien. Laat Eerste en Laatste staan voor alles.
**Stap 3:** Klik op **Weergeven**.
**Stap 4:** Exporteren? Klik op de drie puntjes naast **Weergeven** en kies **Exporteer PDF-bestand** of **Exporteer Excel-bestand**.
